Birthday Time

We had a birthday in the household during the weekend...my baby turned 4! Where did the time go. The theme for the day was dress ups, my now Miss 4 loves ballet dancers and music (her father is absolutely rapt as her favourite music is the concert programme with all the classical music)!

This was Miss 4's choice of birthday cake this year, she can be really girlie and yet is one of the boys as well, the day was really sunny which was great as we had 9 little friends to play.

Christmas Shopping

I have been on the hunt for the first of the christmas presents from overseas. I have two nieces that are horse mad and each have their own pony.

I have found this very talented needle felter LittleElfsToyshop aka Kelley, who is going to make me two custom made ponies from a couple of photos that I have sent her....I am so EXCITED, her work is amazing.

She makes the most amazing little animals and other items in her shop and better still she works using natural products!

There are so many wonderful treasury curators on Etsy and today I have been honoured to be included in a couple of treasuries.

The personal stuff - I am married to a wonderful husband, and have two adorable kids!
The professional stuff - I am a baby knitwear designer, who has a shop on Etsy NaturalStar and a wholesale knitwear business. I intend for the blog to be about promoting my work and the work of fellow crafters...I LOVE HANDMADE!!!
